1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Body By Sarah (“BBS”), its services, programs, or website (bodybysarah.fit), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Body By Sarah provides virtual fitness coaching, group classes, 1-on-1 personal training, nutritional guidance, and wellness programs through The Soft Body Method™. Services are provided online and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

3. Health Disclaimer

The information and services provided by Body By Sarah are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any fitness program, especially if you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from injury. You participate in all programs at your own risk.

4. Payment and Billing

• All memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

• Group classes can be purchased weekly or as discounted packages.

• 1-on-1 sessions and packages are billed upfront.

• All payments are processed securely through Squarespace.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Memberships can be canceled anytime through your account.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• All sales are final. Refunds are issued only at the sole discretion of Body By Sarah.

• 1-on-1 sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

6. Free Trial

First-time clients are eligible for one free session. No credit card is required. The free trial is non-transferable and limited to one per person.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward Sarah and other members. Body By Sarah reserves the right to terminate any membership or service for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including The Soft Body Method™, program names, branding, videos, and materials, are the exclusive property of Body By Sarah. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Body By Sarah is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in our programs. You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

SMS Terms of Service

When you opt in to the BodyBySarah SMS program, you agree to these terms.

Program description: We send [appointment reminders, account notifications, and marketing/promotional messages].

Consent: You authorize BodyBySarah to send text messages to the number you provide using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

Help: Reply HELP or contact [your email/phone].

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: You must be the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided, and at least 18 years old.
