A gentle, feminine fitness program designed specifically for women. Unlike traditional workouts built on masculine intensity, my method combines low-impact strength training, hormone-friendly conditioning, and nervous system reset to help women lose weight and sculpt their body — without burning out.
Q: Is this for beginners?
Absolutely. The Soft Body Method works for women at every level — beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Each class has modifications so you can move at your own pace.
Q: Do I need any equipment?
For your first session, no equipment needed. As you progress, light dumbbells and resistance bands are recommended but optional.
Q: Where are the classes held?
All classes are virtual — you can join from anywhere in the world. 1-on-1 sessions are also virtual via private video call.
Q: How long are the classes?
All group classes and 1-on-1 sessions are 1 hour.
Q: What if I miss a class?
Members get access to recordings within the app so you never miss your training.
Q: Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Your first session is completely free, no credit card required.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime through your account. No long-term contracts.

The Soft Body Method is designed for sustainable weight loss. Results vary based on consistency, nutrition, and starting point — but every woman who shows up consistently sees real change.

Yes — my Soft Body Recovery program is specifically designed for postpartum women, seniors, and anyone recovering from injury.
Q: Do you offer in-person training?
Currently all programs are virtual, allowing me to serve women everywhere — not just Atlanta.
